Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Kindly read the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy carefully.
- How do I cancel an order on cosmosgalaxy.net?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly make the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
You can cancel your order by logging in to Cosmosgalaxy with your User ID and Password. Once you log in:
1. Look to the top right corner of your screen
2. Click on My Account
3. On the next page that pops up, you’ll be able to see details of all your orders
4. Locate the “Cancel” button and click on it
5. Voila! The order has been cancelled
- For Order Cancellation before it has been Shipped:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
- For Order Cancellation after it has been Shipped:
Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- What happens if I refuse a packet during delivery?
If a packet is refused during delivery (for reasons other than damaged/tampered/broken seal packaging), we won’t be able to refund the entire order amount. We will deduct shipping charges from your order amount and refund the balance amount. Though in this scenario, we always advise you to drop us a mail at email@example.com citing your reasons for refusal and we will work it out.
We have 10 working days Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:
- If broken/unsealed/tampered package, do not accept the order at the time of delivery itself.
- In the case of manufacturing defects / damaged / defective / missing parts:
-Product should be unused and unwashed
-The price tags, brand tags, box and all original packaging must be present
-The product must be returned within 10 days.
- Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product

You can return a product at Cosmosgalaxy by dropping us a mail at email@example.com with following details:

Usually, we will pick the product from your location within 3 days from receiving your mail. After the product reaches our facility, it undergoes inspection. Once the fault is confirmed, we initiate the refund to the source account from which payment has been made. The complete process can take up to 7-10 days.
In case where reverse shipping is not available for your pin code, we will ask you to Self-Ship the order. Procedure is given as follows:

3. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and the Return ID is generated within 10 days from the time of delivery.
4. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
5. Give us 1-2 business days after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your refund.
6. We will provide an additional refund of Rs.100/- for shipping charges.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. But you can always write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you with your concern.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
